Look what I found on the TitoDead channel:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oYYk1-VP7Gs

Here's a little something different for those of you still up.
Garcia, Costello, and Hagar doing Goin' Down.

Don't think the videographer was much of an Elvis fan.

Who's the blond guitar player? What year you think this is? 92? 93?

Enjoy,

The man lives on tequila and tortilla.

Could the blonde guitarist be Nick Lowe?

Ignore the badly informed gentleman below. That is in no way Nick Lowe. Nick plays bass and does not prance around in this unseemly fashion. The blonde guitar player is Jeff Burton, son of James Burton.

The same Jeff Burton who got beat unconscious by an Elvis impersonator in Birmingham, UK?

I believe it was 4-24-89 at Sweetwatwer's in Mill Valley,it was a solo Elvis Costello show that turned in to a jam type situation,as to the identity of the blonde guitarist I can be of no help.
